04/05/359 APOLOGIES

Apologies for absence were submitted from Councillors Bardsley (prejudicial interest at agenda item 3 (Planning application at 1 Pine Close - neighbour), Maclagan (on holiday) and Troop (on holiday).

04/05/360 DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST

There were no declarations of interest.

04/05/362 PLANNING APPLICATION

Resolved:- That no adverse comment be made.

04/05/363 CEMETERY BOUNDARY WITH EASTVILLE

Concern was expressed that the trench for the new boundary wall had been backfilled with building rubble. The Clerk was asked to write to Mr. Choppin, the owner of Eastville, asking him to remove the rubble on the Cemetery side of the wall and to replace it with soil.
